November 07, 2018 - The Georgia governor's race was still too close to call Wednesday morning. Republican Brian Kemp is narrowly leading in the vote count. But during her speech late Tuesday, Democrat Stacey Abrams didn't concede the race and vowed to wait until all the votes have been counted. She told supporters that was a chance for a "do-over." In Georgia, there is a runoff election if neither candidate receives more than 50 percent of the vote.
